Cancelations : You may cancel and receive 100% refund for cancellations within 7 days after booking. E-mail CS@iPronto.com the booking number and the reasons for cancellation. We will respond within 1 business day. Refund will be processed right away and will be credited to your credit card account within 3 to 5 business days.
Your trip is covered by $10M General Liability insurance policy, which covers you or any of the members of your group for any injury, accident during the tour, excursion or activity you have booked through ipronto.com.
