Once you have found what you are looking for and you wish to book then we do require you to create an account. Pronto is a portal that gives you access to all these experiences across several other portals. You will need to create separate accounts for each of the following:

- Viator-branded experiences
- SeatGeek-branded experiences

All of us have many and diverse interests which we pursue during our leisure time – be it an activity or adventure or tour or outing which we collectively refer to as Leisure or participating in a live entertainment event – sporting events, music concerts, comedy shows, Broadway shows, opera, etc.
There are many portals offering Leisure options and numerous ticketing sites for Entertainment. Pronto is the only portal to offer combination of Leisure AND Entertainment experiences to enable you to plan your leisure time better by exploring, searching, and discovering Leisure and Entertainment experiences simultaneously and concurrently and then selecting the PERFECT experience matching your vibe and interest.
The experiences featured on the portal with the Pronto logo are ones we have curated for you. Pronto is your point of contact for these experiences. They are hosted by 2,700+ boutique tour operators around the world. These are one-of-a-kind experiences developed by our affiliates, which we have curated and aggregated in the Pronto portal.
The experiences with the Pronto logo can be booked and paid for directly on the Pronto portal.
We have also aggregated leisure experiences from other sources, including Viator. These experiences are marked with the Viator logo. Booking of Viator experiences is done on the Viator site.

Pronto has partnered with SeatGeek to present to you a vast collection of Live / Entertainment experiences. Find the one that jives with your vibe and interest and look at all the ticketing options for that event on SeatGeek and book it.
We will be presenting to you an exhaustive offering of ticketing options from multiple ticketing sites.
Pronto – Viator Affiliation:
Viator – a division of TripAdvisors – offers a large and diverse set of activities and adventures. Pronto has partnered with Viator to make the Viator activities and adventures on the Pronto portal – along with other Leisure & Entertainment experiences.
Once you have identified / selected a Viator-labelled experience, we will take you to the Viator site for booking the experience. If you don’t have a Viator account, you will need to create a separate Viator account – in addition to the Pronto Leisure & Entertainment account and Pronto Journeys account.
Pronto – SeatGeek Affiliation:
- Pronto is an affiliate of SeatGeek, working together to offer entertainment experiences, including tickets for live events.
- The tickets for live events are issued by SeatGeek, and users need to create a SeatGeek account for ticketing.
Pronto: The Ultimate Search Engine for Leisure & Entertainment Experiences:
We have aggregated and compiled for you Leisure & Entertainment experiences from several sources: unique experiences compiled and curated by Pronto from 2,700+ boutique tour operators around the world, leisure experiences compiled and aggregated from Viator, entertainment experiences compiled and aggregated from SeatGeek.
Our intent is to compile, aggregate and categorize experiences from other sources and have Pronto become the ultimate search engine for leisure & entertainment experiences.
Think of Pronto as the search engine for Leisure & Entertainment experiences the same way you use Kayak as the search engine for travel services.
The 7 dimensions are:
- Map region / location / navigation
- Location (City, State and / or Country)
- Destination (Places of interest – tourist destination, museums, concert / sports venues, wineries, breweries, etc.)

When compiling and aggregating these Leisure & Entertainment experiences, Pronto also categories each experience into one or more of 64 categories and sub-categories. There are six primary categories:
- Leisure: Tours, Activities, Adventures
- Entertainment: Sports, Music, Live Shows
Each of these categories have multiple sub-categories to help you find the experiences which match your vibe, mood, and interests.
There are altogether 64 different categories and sub-categories. Apply one or more of these categories and / or sub-categories to generate a list of experiences which match what you are looking for.
Add other filters – map region / location, location (City, State or Country), destination (venue, places), date range, price range – to further refine your search.
Absolutely. We know each of us has specific interests, hobbies, and passions. When you set up your account profile, select your interests from the 64 categories and sub-categories referenced above and from that point on the portal will create a separate ‘My Interests’ channel of experiences which match your interests.
You will also find another channel – Near Me – featuring experiences within 25-mile radius of your current location – whether you are in your hometown or around the world when you are traveling.
During your search, you can also LIKE or SELECT the experiences you wish to add to your short-list of experiences. You can then select from the short-list the experience(s) you wish to book.
Location based services:
Location tracking enables Pronto to curate and compile leisure & entertainment experiences for you based on your location – whether it is in your hometown or around the world when you are traveling. These experiences are automatically and dynamically added to your 'Near Me' channel – within 25-mile radius of the current location you have shared with Pronto.
Any leisure & entertainment experience or any journey is a lot more enjoyable and memorable when enjoyed with others who share your interests. We encourage everyone to #DoMoreTogether. When you allow us to track your location, we will be able to connect you with others in your own community & neighbourhood who share your interests. Planning a wine tasting outing? Skiing outing? Attending a ball game or a concert or a live event? We will get you connected with others who share those interests and create a special outing where we bring everyone together.
We firmly believe that any leisure & entertainment experience or any journey is a lot more enjoyable and memorable when enjoyed with others who share your interests. We encourage everyone to #DoMoreTogether. When you allow us to track your location, we will be able to connect you with others in your own community & neighbourhood who share your interests. There is no penalty for cancelling up to three days prior to the date of the experience.
Pronto Reward Points / Loyalty Program:
For each Pronto-branded Leisure Experience you book you will be awarded Reward Points – one Reward Point for each $1.00. As you book more with us you will progress from the Bronze Tier to Silver to Gold and to Platinum. You can redeem the Reward Points for future bookings or United Airlines miles. The redemption rate is dependent on the Pronto Reward Points Tier you have attained and it varies from $1.50 per 100 Reward Points for the Bronze Tier to $5.00 per 100 Reward Points for the Platinum Tier. Pronto Reward Points NEVER expire. Currently only the Pronto branded experiences are eligible for the Pronto Reward Points program.
Journeys:
The Journeys booked on the portal are delivered by our nationwide network of transportation service providers (TSPs), offering comprehensive coverage across the US, as shown in the map. We offer the broadest selection of buses, motorcoaches, shuttles, sprinters, vans, SUV’s, stretch, sedans. Our nationwide network of affiliates represents more than 40% of the inventory of all private ground transportation vehicles.
For each Pronto-branded Leisure Experience you book you will be awarded Reward Points – one Reward Point for each $1.00. You can book, manage, track, and pay for trips and transportation services on the portal for groups of any size for any occasion anytime, anywhere, nationwide. If you like Uber, Lyft and Ola to book your ride, you will love Pronto to book the Journey for your group – school trips, athletics, college outing, student life activities, corporate event, employee event, weddings, reunions.
Pronto is designed for groups, corporations, schools, colleges / universities to book, manage, track, and pay for their journeys whereas Uber, Lyft, Ola are designed for individuals to book their rides for themselves. Pronto offers both Web App and Mobile App – whereas ride-hailing apps only offer a mobile app.
Each journey generally requires three individuals:
- Person booking the journey: Administrator;
- Group leader for the journey: Teacher / chaperone, Tour guide
- Billing / Accounting person
Pronto addresses the needs of all three roles / individuals:

Yes. Pronto has developed an innovative & unique model which combines our cloud-based portal and our expertise in operating and managing large scale transportation networks. We refer to it as Transportation-as-a-Service (Taas) model.
The Pronto Contact Centres - where our Reservations and Dispatch staff are based - are distributed across multiple locations around the World. Our staff has had more than 7 years of experience in using the Pronto portal for all the functions - reservations, scheduling, dispatch, accounting - required to operate and manage a transportation network.
We have developed this expertise over the years with hands-on management of our own fleet of vehicles, but also for several other transportation companies / operators.
The Pronto Portal is Cloud-based and uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) to provide universal / global access. The Portal is designed to scale easily and effectively by setting up a hierarchy of transportation networks each of which can be managed independently using a Pronto Portal while giving the centralized transportation department the ability to monitor all transportation networks from the Pronto Portal at the apex of the hierarchy, while letting each division / department manage its own transportation network.
